Leadership Seminar – July 2017 Cambodia

One of the programs of Cambodia School of Missions is the Leadership Development Program where we invite our graduates to come back to the Bible School for a week of Leadership Development. During this week, graduates gather together for prayer, worship and studying the Word of God. We are really thankful to God for Ps. Stanley Gerard of Go Forth Asia to bring Ps. Tak Siong Lau and his wife Angela to conduct a leadership seminar among the church workers I am working with in Cambodia.

On July 18-20, the leadership seminar was held at Lighthouse Christian Assembly. This was attended by our graduates and some brought their assistant pastors to benefit from this seminar too. There were 11 Pastors, 12 Church Leaders and 7 Church planters who attended this seminar. They came from 9 provinces namely SIem Reap, Battambang, Pursat, Takeo, Stung Treng (border of Laos), Kandal, Battambang, Kampot, Kompong Thom, Pailin and 2 cities namely Phnom Penh and Takmao.

The pastors and church leaders went home blessed and challenged to continue what the Lord has started in their personal lives and ministries. The lessons were practical and relevant to their culture. The questions and answer time was also very helpful for the Pastors in dealing problems that they encounter in their leadership roles. Thank you very Go Forth Asia for sponsoring this leadership seminar for us. Let’s continue to advance the Kingdom of God in this part of the world.
