Rev Takashi Yoshida Ministry – GFA & NLCC

23rd Aug 2017, Reverend Takashi Yoshida from Japan, blessed us with his presence and ministry at Go Forth Asia’s prayer meeting in the morning (10.30am) and New life Community church prayer meeting at at 8.30pm.

Rev Takashi touched on global issues such as the relationships between nations in the East Asia region and how Christianity has slowly gaining momentum in this area. Japan in particular has been expecting its own Great Revival, as they’ve been hinted of such coming in a very near future. Prayers were requested for countries in this region, especially those that are currently going through difficult times.

Rev Takashi spoke on John 5:5-13, particularly emphasizing on the 8th verse – “Get up,” Jesus told him, “pick up your bedroll and walk!”. The evening prayer’s meeting at NLCC church ended with a large group of God’s children advanced to the front area of the church to be blessed by Rev Takashi himself and other pastors and church leaders.
